The day I found out about Malwarebytes I used to always rave about and support them, but this really sours the situation. I have put in a support ticket as I have tried their customer chat support many times without avail and almost a week later I still have no reply. Regardless I still paid for them and I feel shorted. I had purchased more keys than needed for expand-ability and I believe the 3 that were removed weren't actively being used. Rather than giving me new keys or being able to revoke authorization from others using my owned keys, I am out 3 lifetime keys of my original 7. If I try to enter in the keys that were once valid on my account they are now blacklisted as if others had gotten a hold of my keys and were abused. Up until recently all computers with valid and now seemingly cancelled/invalid keys have been deactivated due to their new update. The only exception was when a computer was reformatted but used the same exact key.Įvery key was then later attached to my account via Malwarebytes website at around 2017 or so.

Step-6: Following, another dialogue box will appear where you have to put license ID & key. So change it to the right place, and then it will spin in a blue color. Step-5: Subsequently, you will notice the red box asking for swapping the button. I bought new keys throughout the year until about 2013 or so, they were all lifetime and 1 user as far as I was aware and they had been used as such. Step-4: Enter only the license key from the below Malwarebytes premium key list. Hello just like others before, I have been a Malwarebytes member since about 2011.
